Copperleaf Estate Rules 2023

To protect and enhance this lifestyle, Estate Rules have been established in terms of the Memorandum of Incorporation of the Association. The Estate Rules are binding on all persons resident at or visiting COPPERLEAF COUNTRY ESTATE, and shall be administered by the directors.

This form MUST be completed and submitted to the HOA OFFICE by hand/email 2 DAYS PRIOR TO MOVING IN OR OUT of the estate for verification of the move.

All buildings situated on regular rectangular erven must be aligned parallel or perpendicular in relation to the street they gain vehicular access from, this may be relaxed to allow the orientation of the building to comply with the building regulations as contained in SANS 10400.
